At Team Internet, he has guided the group through major product and business-model transitions, introduced a focused divisional structure and navigated disruption while maintaining organisational stability. His leadership approach combines evidence-based decision-making, unequivocal accountability and a deliberate sense of urgency - creating environments that bring out the best in people, with agility and adaptability.
Michael also chairs technology businesses operating at the intersection of digital identity, governance and regulation, including a leading new top-level domain registry preparing for the next round of ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). Trained in computer science, law, and business; a graduate of Harvard Business School's AMP, Michael brings together technology, governance and economics in how leadership decisions are made. He lives in Luxembourg with his wife and two accomplished daughters.
